Basketball Recap: Hays-Lodge Pole Falls Short of Chester-Joplin-Inverness in the Playoffs

Hays-Lodge Pole and Chester-Joplin-Inverness squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Hays-Lodge Pole had to settle for second. They took a blow against the Chester-Joplin-Inverness Hawks, falling 69-20. The defeat leaves the Thunder Birds still looking for their first win on the season.

Hays-Lodge Pole's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Chester-Joplin-Inverness, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-2.

As of now, neither Hays-Lodge Pole nor Chester-Joplin-Inverness have any future games scheduled.
