Volleyball Recap: North Miami Starts Season with Win Against Huntington North

North Miami had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They came out on top against the Huntington North Vikings by a score of 2-0.

North Miami never let Huntington North on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-22.

When it comes to explaining why Huntington North lost, don't look at McKenzie DeHaven. Despite the final result, she had 12 digs and two assists.

Coincidentally, North Miami and Huntington North will both be playing LaVille the next time they take the court. The Warriors will head out to face the Lancers at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Vikings will play them later in the day, at 10:00 a.m.
