Charlottesville waltzed into their matchup on Friday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They breezed by the Louisa County Lions to the tune of 77-34. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 41-18.

Despite the loss, Louisa County still got an impressive performance from Taylor Yeatts, who almost dropped a double-double on 13 points and nine boards. Yeatts has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last four times she's played. Another player making a difference was Harlee Lowe, who posted seven points.

Charlottesville's win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-2. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.1 points per game. As for Louisa County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-8.

Coincidentally, Charlottesville and Louisa County will both be playing Monticello the next time they take the court. Charlottesville will host Monticello at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, while Louisa County will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
