Volleyball Game Preview: Omro Foxes vs. Lomira Lions

The Omro Foxes will take on the Lomira Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Omro saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Sturgeon Bay.

Meanwhile, Lomira came up short against St. Mary's Springs on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-12, 25-14.

Lomira's loss dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Omro, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-22.

Omro took their win against Lomira when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Foxes repeat their success, or do the Lions have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
