Basketball Recap: The Pinnacle Skates Past STEM School Highlands Ranch with Ease

The Pinnacle won the last time they faced STEM School Highlands Ranch and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Timberwolves simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Spartans 70-29. That's two games straight that the Timberwolves have won by exactly 41 points.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead The Pinnacle to victory, but perhaps none more so than Caleb Arellano, who went 7-for-12 on his way to 18 points in addition to six assists and three steals. Arellano is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least three every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Mario Munoz, who shot 47% from the field en route to 19 points.

They weren't the only ones working in the assist department: The Pinnacle was working as a unit and finished the game with 25 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as STEM School Highlands Ranch only posted six.
