Baseball Recap: Hanover Takes a Loss

Hanover has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 4.1 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Wednesday. They came up short against the Bow Falcons, falling 11-0. If the Bears were looking for revenge after losing 4-3 to the Falcons when the teams met back in June of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Hanover's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-4. As for Bow, the win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 5-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Hanover is set to take on their familiar foe ConVal at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Bow will face off against rival Pembroke at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
