Softball Recap: West Jones Comes Up Short

The West Jones Mustangs lost 10-1 to the Wayne County War Eagles on Tuesday.

West Jones has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matches. That lines up perfectly with their 2-12-1 record this season. As for Wayne County, their record now sits at 6-13-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Jones will head out to challenge Terry at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something the Mustangs surely won't give up without a fight. As for Wayne County, they are taking a road trip to take on D'Iberville at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
