Volleyball Game Preview: Washington Huskies vs. Leigh Longhorns

The Washington Huskies are taking a road trip to take on the Leigh Longhorns at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams are coming into the match red-hot, with Washington sitting on six straight wins and Leigh on seven.

Washington is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out Albany 3-2.

Washington wouldn't go down easily and took Albany into a fifth set where they got it done with a three-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-22, 25-18, 22-25, 15-12.

Meanwhile, Leigh posted their closest victory since April 5th on Saturday. They won by a set and slipped past Branham 3-2.

Leigh's win bumped their record up to 25-8. As for Washington, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-10.
