They were the clear victors by a 9-3 margin over the Cougars. Northwest Cabarrus might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by three goals or more this season.

Northwest Cabarrus pushed their record up to 6-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 20 goals over those three contests. As for Cox Mill, their win bumped their record up to 3-4-1.
