James Walker Game Report: vs Thompsonville

James Walker put up the most steals he's had since back in November of 2023 on Thursday. He wasn't messing around, going 11 of 26 on his way to 26 points and five steals. The contest was his third straight with 22 or morepoints. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Wayne City's points.

Walker and Wayne City won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Red Hill at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Indians got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Salukis, probably because Walker had a solid game then too: he went 6 for 14 en route to 16 points and six boards.
