West Laurens had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They had just enough and edged out the Warner Robins Demons 2-1. That's more bragging rights for the Raiders, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day West Laurens got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 20-25, 16-14.

West Laurens' victory bumped their record up to 3-11. As for Warner Robins, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.

Coincidentally, West Laurens and Warner Robins will both be playing Veterans the next time they take the court. The Raiders will host the Warhawks at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Demons will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
