Softball Recap: Quitman Takes a Loss

Quitman lost against Grand Saline back in April of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Quitman Bulldogs lost 18-2 to the Grand Saline Indians. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Quitman's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Grand Saline, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-5-1.

Looking ahead, Quitman will head out on the road to take on Winona at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Quitman is facing Winona at the right time seeing as Winona is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Grand Saline, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Mineola at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
