Softball Recap: Narrows Takes a Loss

Narrows lost against Parry McCluer on April 3rd, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Green Waves lost 23-6 to the Fighting Blues. The Green Waves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kaycee Duncan was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-2 with two runs and one stolen base. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played.

Narrows' defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Parry McCluer, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-6.

Coincidentally, Narrows and Parry McCluer will both be playing Eastern Montgomery the next time they take the field. The Fighting Blues will host the Mustangs at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Green Waves will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
