Volleyball Game Preview: Caliche Buffaloes vs. Flagler Panthers + How To Watch

The Caliche Buffaloes will venture away from home to square off against the Flagler Panthers at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Caliche is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

Caliche came up short against Sedgwick County on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Caliche took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-17, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Flagler beat Genoa-Hugo/Karval 3-1 on Friday.

Flagler had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 18-25, 25-18, 25-15, 25-23.

Flagler's win bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Caliche, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 9-3.

Caliche skirted past Flagler 3-2 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Buffaloes since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
