Football Recap: Larkin Starts Season with Victory at Home

Larkin gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Glenbard East Rams an 18-0 shutout.

This is the second loss in a row for Glenbard East and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Larkin will face off against rival Round Lake at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Glenbard East is set to square off against their familiar foe St. Charles North at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
