Matt Woods Game Report: vs West Nottingham

Matt Woods posted a new career-high in triples on Wednesday. He fired off three stolen bases, six RBI, and four runs while going 5-for-6, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He is becoming a predictor of Tome's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 1-5 when he doesn't).

Woods' strong effort led Tome over West Nottingham and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Titans are a perfect 3-0 against the Rams going back to April of 2023, a lead they'll look to extend.
