Basketball Recap: Pittsfield Skates Past Chicopee with Ease

Pittsfield put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They took their match with ease, bagging an 84-29 win over the Chicopee Pacers. That 55 point margin sets a new team best for the Generals this season.

Pittsfield's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Madison Stetz, who went 7 of 11 on her way to 21 points. The dominant performance gave Stetz a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kyana Summers, who almost dropped a double-double on nine assists and 12 steals.

Pittsfield's victory bumped their record up to 4-0.

Pittsfield will take on Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Chicopee, they will challenge Longmeadow at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
