Softball Recap: Quincy Comes Up Short

Quincy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They lost 22-12 to the Prosser Mustangs. That's two games in a row now that the Jackrabbits have lost by exactly ten runs.

Quincy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Prosser, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Quincy will challenge Ephrata at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Prosser, they will face off against Toppenish at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wildcats have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 17.13 runs per game on average), something the Mustangs will no doubt try to take advantage of.
