Woodmore's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They blew past the Danbury Lakers 12-3. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by nine runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Collin Perkins, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one double. That's the most stolen bases he has posted over his last ten matches. The team also got some help courtesy of Calvin Lipstraw, who went 1-for-4 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.

Woodmore has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. As for Danbury, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-13.

Looking ahead, Woodmore will square off against Gibsonburg at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Danbury, they will challenge Monroeville at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
