 The Mount Tahoma T-Birds will head out on the road to  face off against  the Hoquiam Grizzlies at 4:30  p.m.  on Monday. Mount Tahoma will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more  runs each  matchup than the last.
 Mount Tahoma scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Wednesday. They blew past Lincoln 17-7. With that  victory, Mount Tahoma brought their scoring average up to 7.4  runs per game.
  Jacob Roux and  Kyle Lorenz made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound,  Roux   struck out six batters over  two innings while giving up just one earned  (and one unearned) run off   three  hits (and not a single walk). Meanwhile,  Lorenz   struck out ten batters over  four innings while giving up just one earned  (and one unearned) run off   two  hits. At bat,  Roux  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances, while  Lorenz  got on base  in three of his four plate appearances with  an  RBI. Roux has been hot recently, having posted  at least one  stolen base the last three times he's  played.
 In other batting news, Mount Tahoma got a  massive  performance out of  JJ Jones, who  scored two  runs and  stole five bases while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Jeff Sigette, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in three of his five plate appearances.
 Hoquiam can finally bid farewell to their seven-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game  on Wednesday. They skirted past Castle Rock  4-2. The  win was just what Hoquiam needed coming off of  a  12-2 defeat in their prior  game.
 Mount Tahoma's record is now 2-3. As for Hoquiam, their  victory (their first of the  season) made their record 1-3.
