Recap: Grace Prep Lions vs. Bishop Dunne Falcons

The Grace Prep Lions had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10 points), and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They blew past Bishop Dunne, posting a 57-29 win at home. That's another feather in the cap for Grace Prep, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

Grace Prep's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Noah Daniels led the charge by scoring 13 points along with 6 rebounds. Jaiden Lowe was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.

Grace Prep has yet to lose a matchup at home this season, leaving them with a 7-4 record. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.3 points per game. As for Bishop Dunne, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Grace Prep's homestand continues as they prepare to take on St. Thomas Episcopal at 12:00 p.m. on December 2nd. St. Thomas Episcopal knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past three matches -- so hopefully Grace Prep likes a good challenge. As for Bishop Dunne, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Nimitz at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
