Baseball Recap: Rogers' Luck Changes for the Better on Tuesday

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Rogers walked away with it. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Park Center/Columbia Heights/Maranatha Pirates a 2-0 shutout on Tuesday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Royals as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Rogers' win bumped their record up to 10-12. As for Park Center/Columbia Heights/Maranatha, their loss dropped their record down to 11-10.

As of now, neither Rogers nor the Pirates have any future games scheduled.
