Baseball Recap: Pueblo Takes a Loss

Pueblo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 13-3 to the Cienega Bobcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 12-5 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2015.

Pueblo saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Victor Sanchez, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Pueblo's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Cienega, the win got them back to even at 7-7.

Looking ahead, Cienega will face off against Sunnyside at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Pueblo will be paying especially close attention to the Bobcats' contest: after the Bobcats faces off against the Blue Devils, they'll take on Pueblo again at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
