Garrett Walker Game Report: vs Lakeland

Passers beware: Garrett Walker came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also rushed for 27 yards, but sadly Weiser still had to take a 24-9 loss at the hands of Lakeland. The season is still young and we're looking forward to more games like this from Walker.

Looking ahead, Walker and Weiser will head out to square off against Melba at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Wolverines got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Mustangs thanks in part to Walker: he rushed for 46 yards and one TD, and also picked up 40 receiving yards and one touchdown.
