Basketball Recap: Parkville Takes a Loss

Parkville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 57-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Franklin Indians. The Knights were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Indians apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Parkville's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Franklin, they pushed their record up to 10-2 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

While Parkville had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
