Incarnate Word Academy waltzed into their match on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Winona Wildcats.

Cate Mcculloch paced Incarnate Word Academy's offense, picking up 12 kills. Mcculloch got some help from Avery Buckley and her 27 assists. Audrey Schaeffer controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Incarnate Word Academy's victory bumped their record up to 18-11. As for Winona, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 29-3.

Incarnate Word Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Kirkwood on the 11th. As for Winona, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Saxony Lutheran on the 11th.
