Basketball Game Preview: Tinora Rams vs. Stryker Panthers

The Tinora Rams and the Stryker Panthers will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Tinora is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.

On Friday, Tinora earned a 40-33 win over Fairview. The 40-point effort marked the Rams' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Meanwhile, Stryker was just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 57-56 to Montpelier. The Panthers have struggled against the Locomotives recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Tinora pushed their record up to 11-2 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Stryker, their loss dropped their record down to 6-8.

Tinora was able to grind out a solid win over Stryker in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, winning 58-51. Does Tinora have another victory up their sleeve, or will Stryker turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
