Preview: Bromfield Trojans vs. Assabet Valley RVT Aztecs
The Bromfield Trojans will play host again and welcome the Assabet Valley RVT Aztecs, where tip off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Bromfield has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
Bromfield can now show off four landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Friday. They breezed by Murdock at home to the tune of 62-20.
Meanwhile, Assabet Valley RVT's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They received a tough blow as they fell 55-37 to Whitinsville Christian. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Assabet Valley RVT in their matchups with Whitinsville Christian: they've now lost four in a row.
Bromfield's victory bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Assabet Valley RVT, they have not been sharp recently as the team has lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season.
Bromfield didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Assabet Valley RVT in their previous meeting back in January of 2023, but they still walked away with a 61-55 win.
