Football Preview: Parker Braves vs. Englewood Rams        
        
		
             The Parker Braves will take on the Englewood Rams at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
 Parker is probably headed into the  game with a chip on their shoulder considering Fleming Island just ended the team's  three-game winning streak  on Friday. They were  outmatched by the Golden Eagles at home  and fell  51-24. The Braves were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at  41-12.
 The match pitted two dominant  signal callers against one another in  Tony Kennedy and  Cibastian Broughton. Broughton had a great game and threw for 174 yards and four touchdowns. Meanwhile,  Kennedy was balling out in the loss, rushing for 232 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 13.6 yards per carry, and also throwing for 134 yards and a touchdown.
 Even though they lost, Parker was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 269  rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  rushed for at least 245  rushing yards in four consecutive  matches.
 Meanwhile, Englewood was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their third straight  loss. They took a  blow against Andrew Jackson, falling  42-14. The Rams were down  42-6 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
 Englewood wouldn't let Andrew Jackson keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Englewood can thank  Lequon Edwards and  Dante Treadwell for forcing both of them.
 Parker's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Englewood, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.
 Friday's   matchup might be decided in the trenches. Parker has been unstoppable on the ground this season,  having  averaged 227  rushing yards per game. It's a different story for Englewood, though, as  they've been averaging  only 76.9. How will they fare against such a dominant running game?
