Soccer Recap: Kentlake Comes Up Short

The Kentlake Falcons came up short against the White River Hornets on Wednesday and fell 3-1.

Kentlake now has a losing record of 2-3-2. As for White River, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-2.

Coming up, Kentlake will face off against Jefferson at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Kentlake will be up against Jefferson's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.4 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for White River, they will square off against Auburn Mountainview at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Auburn Mountainview will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something White River surely won't give up without a fight.
