Holton Smith gave up the fewest walks he has since back in February of 2025 on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 16 over seven innings pitched. Carroll is 2-1 when Smith allows two or fewer earned runs, but 1-2 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Smith and Carroll will host Early County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
