Volleyball Recap: Triangle Lake Wins Going Away Against Mohawk + How To Watch

Triangle Lake barely beat Mohawk the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Lakers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Mustangs on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for the Lakers in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now won five in a row.

Triangle Lake's got stronger as the match went on, holding Mohawk to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-11, 25-8.

Bellece Bendix and Hayven Croce certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Bendix had 12 digs and one assist, while Croce had ten digs.

Triangle Lake's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Mohawk, with the loss, they broke their four-match winning streak and moved their record to 14-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Triangle Lake will face off against Powers at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Mohawk, they will host Mannahouse Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
