Baseball Recap: Hunters Lane Warriors vs. Antioch Bears

Chris Kendall was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Eider Sanchez Noa, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in all two of his plate appearances.

Hunters Lane's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Antioch, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 11-8.

Hunters Lane will look to defend their home field on Friday against Hillsboro at 4:00 p.m. As for Antioch, they will head out on the road to face off against Maplewood at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Antioch's favor is that they have posted big run totals in their last five games.
