Baseball Recap: Addison Takes a Loss

Addison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They came up short against the Leslie Blackhawks, falling 17-1.

Addison saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Josh Ray, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Addison's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Leslie, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-6.

Coming up, Addison is taking a road trip to square off against Springport at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Spartans will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Leslie, they will take on New Lothrop in a tournament on Saturday.
