Altamont won the last time they faced Pinnacle and things went their way on Monday too. The Longhorns put the hurt on the Panthers with a sharp 3-0 victory.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Altamont was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-10, 25-7.

The win got Altamont back to even at 1-1. As for Pinnacle, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, Altamont will be playing in front of their home fans against Manila at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. The matchup will give the Longhorns their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Pinnacle, they have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Dugway on the 12th.
