Basketball Recap: Millsap Comes Up Short

In Friday's Canine Competition, Millsap had to take the L. They were outmatched by the Peaster Greyhounds and fell 91-48. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bulldogs of the 72-33 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February.

Millsap has traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season. As for Peaster, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-6.

Millsap will take on Whitney in a tournament on Friday. As for Peaster, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Tolar at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
