Baseball Recap: Oakridge Comes Up Short

Oakridge lost against Lowell back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Warriors fell just short of the Devils by a score of 2-1.

Oakridge has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-6 record this season. As for Lowell, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oakridge will head out to square off against North Douglas at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Oakridge is facing North Douglas at the right time seeing as North Douglas is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Lowell, they are taking a road trip to face off against Waldport at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
