 Meanwhile, Fort Thomas fell victim to Valley Union and their airtight defense  on Friday. They took a  blow against the Blue Devils, falling  66-0. The  contest marked the first time this season in which the Apaches were not able to get on the board.
 Having lost for the first time  this season, St. David  fell to 6-1. As for Fort Thomas, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.
 Everything came up roses for St. David against Fort Thomas when the teams last played  back in October of 2024, as the  squad secured  a  50-6 win. In that  game, the Tigers amassed a halftime lead of  36-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat  on Friday.
