Soccer Recap: Rice Consolidated Takes a Loss

On Tuesday, the Rice Consolidated Raiders didn't have quite enough to beat the Hempstead Bobcats and fell 2-1.

Rice Consolidated's loss dropped their record down to 4-3-3. As for Hempstead, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3-1.

Rice Consolidated will be playing at home against Calhoun at 7:15 p.m. on January 21st. Rice Consolidated's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. As for Hempstead, they will venture away from home to square off against Palacios at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
