Basketball Recap: Atlanta Comes Up Short

Atlanta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 30th straight loss dating back to last season. They received a blow as they fell 49-34 to the Au Gres-Sims Wolverines. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolverines this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 53-27 back in January.

Atlanta's defeat dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Au Gres-Sims, the win got them back to even at 7-7.

Atlanta didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 63-40 loss against Hale on the 14th. As for Au Gres-Sims, they will square off against Caseville at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
