Basketball Recap: Groveton Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Littleton, Groveton was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They walked away with a 50-41 victory over the Pittsburg Panthers. This was payback for the Eagles, who suffered a 69-49 loss the last time these two teams met.

Groveton's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Pittsburg, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.

Groveton will take on Gorham at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Pittsburg, they will host Nute at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
