Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Holland). They were the clear victor by a 17-1 margin over the Chilton Pirates on Tuesday. The Hornets haven't had any issues with the Pirates recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.
Caleb Hill made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He tossed 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Hill was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.
In other batting news, Holland got a massive performance out of Cooper Camp, who fired off three triples, two runs, and one RBI while going 3-for-3. Another player making a difference was Tyler Johnson, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3.
Holland kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. That's the most hits they've posted since back in March of 2024.
