On Friday fans watched as two of the best teams in the nation hit the field. The North Gwinnett Bulldogs were dealt a 43-7 loss at the hands of the Buford Wolves. The Bulldogs' defeat signaled the end of their 12-game winning streak.

Ryan Hall threw for 106 yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 63 yards. Erik Ronning was his top target, picking up 75 receiving yards.

Buford's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Justin Baker, who rushed for 91 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries. Ethan Ervin was another key rusher, rushing for 72 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries.
