Softball Recap: Charlotte Takes a Loss

Charlotte lost against Weimar back in May of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Trojans fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 7-6. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Charlotte's defeat dropped their record down to 16-4. As for Weimar, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-9 record this season.

Charlotte wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 15-0 win against Kaufer on the 24th. As for Weimar, they have also already played their next contest, an 8-0 victory against Woodsboro on the 25th.
