Soccer Game Preview: St. Thomas More vs. Centennial

The St. Thomas More Sabers will square off against the Centennial Chargers at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

St. Thomas More is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Danville just ended the team's six-game winning streak on Wednesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vikings.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Centennial's offense. They lost 4-0 to Richwoods on Friday. Centennial haven't had much luck with Richwoods recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Centennial's loss dropped their record down to 5-3-1. As for St. Thomas More, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-2.
