Basketball Recap: Luke Mccrimon's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Osceola over Olympia + How To Watch

Osceola was the 65-58 winner over Olympia when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Kowboys took a 77-65 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Titans on Monday. While losing is never fun, the Kowboys can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 74th, while the Titans are ranked second).

Osceola lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Luke Mccrimon, who went 7-for-13 to rack up 21 points. The contest was his fourth in a row with at least 16 points. Jordan Mason was another key player, shooting 50% from the field en route to 16 points.

The loss was their first at home , dropping their record down to 5-3. As for Olympia, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.

Coming up, Osceola will welcome Gateway at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Kowboys will need to watch out since the Panthers have now posted at least 55 points in their last three games. As for Olympia, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, an 81-65 win against Oviedo on the 10th.
