After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Warren East, Greenwood was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 5-2 margin over the Barren County Trojans. Greenwood might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by three goals or more this season.

Greenwood's victory ended a four-match drought on the road and puts them at 10-9. As for Barren County, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7-2.

Coming up, Greenwood will face off against Bowling Green at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bowling Green's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Greenwood's offense will have their work cut out for them. Barren County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
