Baseball Preview: El Rancho Dons vs. Laguna Beach Breakers
The El Rancho Dons will head out on the road to square off against the Laguna Beach Breakers at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
Wednesday just wasn't the day for El Rancho's offense. They lost 13-0 to Downey on Wednesday. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Dons were not able to get on the board.
Meanwhile, Laguna Beach waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Bulldogs 10-1.
Becker Sybirski was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out seven over five innings pitched.
