Volleyball Recap: Ponca Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Ponca was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Crofton Warriors. The Indians were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Warriors earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

Despite the loss, Ponca still got an impressive performance from Oliva Taylor, who had 13 digs and two assists. Taylor is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last eight games she's played.

Ponca's loss dropped their record down to 12-17. As for Crofton, their victory bumped their record up to 9-17.

Ponca does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Crofton, they will challenge Summerland [Clearwater/Ewing/Orchard] at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. This will be the Warriors' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
