Soccer Recap: Richardson Comes Up Short

Richardson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Dallas Jesuit Rangers, falling 3-0. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 632nd, while the Rangers are ranked 16th).

Richardson's loss dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Dallas Jesuit, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 15-1.

Coming up, Richardson will be playing in front of their home fans against Lake Highlands at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dallas Jesuit, they will venture away from home to face off against Berkner at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Dallas Jesuit is facing Berkner at the right time seeing as Berkner is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
